Returns & Refund Policy

You are eligible for a return, full refund, exchange or replacement if you have received the incorrect item or if it arrives damaged. 
You can return your item or we will replace your manufacture-defected item within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, you will be asked to fill our Product Issue Form to provide us with a description of the issue, a photo or video of the item, and the SKU.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us. In some cases we may ask you to return the item. If so, we will provide you with the return address in an email.

1- Who pays the shipping cost on the return (customer or merchant)?

Ans- We will pay shipping for returns.


2- What is the policy for defective & Broken products?

Ans- You can return your item or we will replace your manufacture-defected item within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What is the policy for the products which are not broken but the customer wants to return because they changed their mind about the purchase?

Ans- We only refund or exchange if the product is defective or damaged, In case of change of mind unfortunately we do not provide refund.


4- How much time will it take to refund the money?

Ans - We will refund within 10-14 business days, after verification.
